CloudTrail analyzer

Summarize CloudTrail logs locally: principals, APIs, regions, errors, and findings like root activity or opened security groups.

CloudTrail logs

No logs yet

Add a CloudTrail log and press Analyse. The sample trail shows every finding type on safe fake data.

High-risk groups name the administration calls people worry about, and most of them are normal operations in a healthy account. A clean result only means nothing on the rule list appeared in the input you gave; it says nothing about the logs you did not load.

CloudTrail Analyzer

Flag a principal once it collects this many AccessDenied errors. Between 2 and 1000.
Adds a plain list of those calls with their time, region, and address.

Parses in this tab, once you add a log. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and the tool never talks to AWS. S3 log deliveries arrive gzipped, so gunzip them before dropping. Up to 25 files and 8,000,000 characters of text per run.

Runs on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
