Contact
Talk to a human.
Nutter Tools is a small team. There is no ticket system and no phone line. Email reaches us directly and we answer as fast as a small team can. For anything about a specific conversion, include the page URL, your browser and OS, and what you expected to happen.
Privacy & data requests
Data export or deletion requests, questions about what the site collects (spoiler: almost nothing; processing happens in your browser), and privacy policy questions.
[email protected]Legal, copyright & security
Terms of service questions, copyright or DMCA notices, and responsible disclosure of security issues. Please include details that let us reproduce the issue.

- A tool failed on a file? Try it in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari first. Old browsers lack the WebAssembly features the codecs need.
- Curious what we can and cannot see? The privacy policy is short and specific.
- Want to know how the whole thing works? The about page explains the local-first design.
