The PDF never uploads. Pages are stamped in this tab, and before the download is offered the saved bytes are reopened with a second PDF engine (pdf.js) that checks the page count, sizes, rotations, and that the stamp text actually landed on every chosen page.

What this does not do: image logos are out of scope, text only. CJK and emoji have no shape in the built-in Helvetica font and are drawn as ?. Tiling steps by two text widths across and four text heights down, so very short stamps refuse past a per-page ceiling instead of printing thousands. The original page content stays untouched underneath the stamp.

Size stays within 4 to 200 points, opacity within 0.05 to 1, rotation within -180 to 180 degrees. The stamp uses the PDF's built-in Helvetica font.
