Image Metadata Editor: EXIF, XMP, IPTC
Read, edit, strip, or geotag EXIF, XMP, and IPTC in JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, and HEIC. Pixels stay untouched, and every write is re-read and verified before download.
- No pixel re-encode, no orientation baking. That is a pixel transform, available at /images/rotate.
- Vendor RAW (CR2/CR3/NEF/ARW/RAF and kin) is inspect-only: private offsets cannot be safely rebased, so writes are refused with a reason.
- ICO, BMP, QOI, WP2, and bare JXL codestreams are permanent write refusals.
- GIF and SVG carry no native EXIF/GPS/camera fields: only comments and XMP, and the page never claims otherwise.
- Unmapped segments, chunks, tags, and properties are preserved untouched; unknown TIFF pointer tags are never rebased blindly (rebuilds say so in the plan warnings).
