Rich result eligibility checker

Check pasted JSON-LD against Google's required and recommended properties per rich result type and flag visible-content mismatches.

This tool is in beta

Still being tested. If a result looks wrong, tell us.

Report a problem

Paste HTML or JSON-LD to see each item's verdict against Google's documented tables.

Verdicts compare your markup against Google's published requirement tables for each feature (the documentation link on every row is the authority; this table is a snapshot from 2025). A verdict of meets means the markup has what the docs require, never that Google will show a rich result. Only JSON-LD is read; microdata and RDFa are counted and skipped. The visible-content comparison is a heuristic that looks for the marked-up name, headline, or price in the pasted text, tolerating common price formats like 1,299.00 and 12,50: a page whose content is rendered by scripts, or a price written unusually, can produce a false miss, so treat a mismatch as a question rather than a verdict. FAQ and HowTo markup still gets a structural read, but Google restricted FAQ rich results in 2023 and retired them for most sites from May 2026, and HowTo went in 2023. URL fetching is not part of this tool, so markup that only exists after scripts run will not appear unless you paste the rendered HTML.

Paste to check

Paste the whole page or just its JSON-LD, up to 200,000 characters. Nothing is fetched: open the page, view its source, and copy from here.
