llms.txt builder

This drafts the Markdown file the llmstxt.org proposal describes and checks its shape: one H1, a blockquote summary, notes as plain paragraphs, H2 sections of link lines, absolute URLs, no repeated URLs, and Optional kept last. It reads what you type and nothing else; there is no sitemap picker here, so paste or type the links you want listed. The checks cover format, not whether a page is worth linking. Publish the finished file at /llms.txt on your own host.
