BIMI SVG validator

Validates pasted SVG markup against the nine BIMI SVG Tiny PS rules: well-formed XML, square viewBox, svg root, no scripts or event handlers, no raster, no external references, no SMIL, and the size cap.

Report a problem

Paste SVG markup to check the nine BIMI rules.

BIMI logos must satisfy the SVG Tiny PS profile: the markup is well-formed XML rooted at svg with a square viewBox, and it carries no scripts, no event-handler attributes, no raster images, no external references, no SMIL animation, and stays under the size cap most mailbox providers use. The input here is only ever parsed as text with a structural scanner, never rendered, executed, or inserted into the page, and nothing is uploaded. The scanner is not a complete XML parser: it catches unbalanced tags, unclosed quotes, raw angle brackets, stray ampersands, DOCTYPEs, and processing instructions, but exotic XML corner cases can slip past it, so treat a pass as strong evidence, not a parser-grade guarantee. This tool checks the logo file only; BIMI also needs DMARC enforcement and a hosted authority record over DNS, which it does not touch.

Input

The paste caps at 131,072 characters, above the 32 KB logo limit, so an oversize file still gets a full report instead of a refusal.
