Downloads are plain archive.org file links, opened in this tab or saved by your browser's own downloader, so there is no resumable progress and no server-side merging here. archive.org files carry no DRM, but the license on each item still applies: check it before you redistribute.

What leaves your browser

Your request goes to the public archive.org metadata API at https://archive.org/metadata/<identifier> over HTTPS and nowhere else. Download links point straight at archive.org. This page leaves your browser only when you press the button; never on load, never in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Google Analytics still measures the visit to this page, and it never receives what you run through this tool.

The details, embed, metadata, and download link forms all work, and a bare identifier works too. At most 200 video files are listed per item.
