Study timetable planner

Build a weekly study timetable from subjects with priority and difficulty ratings, rotating sessions and breaks, and export ics, CSV, or print.

This tool is in beta

Still being tested. If a result looks wrong, tell us.

Report a problem

List your subjects and press Build timetable.

The sharing rule is visible: sessions a day = floor((free minutes + break) / (session + break)), so an overrun session is never squeezed in and a day with no room stays Rest, which is worth keeping once a week. Each subject's time is proportional to priority plus difficulty, split into whole sessions by largest remainder, and slots go to the subject furthest behind its share without repeating the same subject back to back while another is owed time. Calendar times float, so they follow whatever zone your calendar app assumes.

Subjects and free time

One per line: "subject, priority 1-3, difficulty 1-3". 3 is high; missing values count as 2, and weight is priority plus difficulty. Up to 60 subjects, 200 characters a line.
A Monday, for the repeating calendar file

Runs in this tab. The subjects list holds at most 20,000 characters and the calendar at most 2,000 events, so very long repeats are refused rather than silently trimmed.
