Exam revision planner

Turn exam dates and topic confidence ratings into a day-by-day plan with spaced reviews at 1, 3, and 7 days and an exam-by-exam fit check.

Report a problem

List your exams and press Build plan.

The rules are plain: a topic needs 6 minus its confidence in study sessions, spaced reviews follow 1, 3 and 7 days after a topic's last study session, each day fills earliest deadline first with reviews ahead of new study, and nothing lands on or after an exam date. A review whose day is a rest day moves to the next working day before that exam. The fit check counts what did not fit: unfinished study sessions plus reviews that never found a slot, per exam. Ticks are not saved between visits, so download the calendar file or print the checklist if you want the plan to outlast the tab.

Exams and time

One exam per line as "Name | YYYY-MM-DD", topics beneath it as "- Topic | confidence 1-5". Confidence 1 is lost, 5 is could teach it; missing confidence counts as 3. Up to 50 exams and 300 topics, 200 characters a line.
Rest daysAt least one a week is worth keeping

Runs in this tab. The plan spans at most 400 days, the exams list at most 20,000 characters, and each day holds as many sessions as your hours divide into.
