Shorthand notes

One character per line kind: # opens an agenda item, a plain line is a discussion note, > records a decision, and * records an action as * what | owner | 2026-09-25. Owner and due date are optional; an action line takes at most three segments and 500 characters.

There is no summarisation here and no generated prose: the shorthand is the content, and the tool only structures it, numbers each action by its agenda item, and runs the small check set while the meeting can still be fixed. Nothing is stored and there is no autosave, so copy or download before closing the tab.
