CDN checker

Combines a domain's CNAME chain over DNS over HTTPS with response header evidence fetched through the proxy to name the serving CDN, each finding labeled with its source and a confidence level.

Report a problem

Press the button to detect the CDN

Nothing leaves this page until you do. The verdict combines the domain's CNAME chain with response headers, and every finding is labeled with its source and a confidence level.

Detection reads a bundled signature table covering the common providers (8 CDNs, plus hosting platforms and WAF layers); a provider outside the table reports as no evidence rather than a guess. Header evidence is spoofable by the origin, so server-header matches rate medium and generic cache headers rate low; provider-exclusive IDs rate high. A WAF hit names a security layer in front, not the CDN behind it. No evidence and unreadable evidence are reported as different outcomes.

DNS resolverWhere the CNAME chain is read from

The CNAME chain comes from the resolver you pick. A resolver elsewhere may see a different chain, especially for geo-split DNS.

What leaves your browser

DNS questions go browser-direct to the DoH resolver you picked. The header fetch goes through this project's capped proxy server (GET only, public hosts only, size and time caps, rate-limited), because a browser cannot read cross-origin response headers itself. This page leaves your browser only when you press the button; never on load, never in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Google Analytics still measures the visit to this page, and it never receives what you run through this tool.
