Dailymotion thumbnail downloader

The size list comes from Dailymotion's public metadata API, and each image is then loaded and measured for real pixels, because the API's 1080p label does not always match the file behind it. File sizes come from the server's Content-Length. Dailymotion's CDN does not allow cross-origin byte reads, so downloads here open the untouched file in a new tab and the ZIP is not offered; copy the URL instead if you need the address. Thumbnails belong to their uploaders, so take only what you own or have permission to use.
