Read a .vcf contact file (names, phones, addresses, photos) or write a folded, escaped vCard 3.0. Photos are disclosed, never rendered.
- No photo rendering: inline payloads are counted; external references are flagged; creation has no photo field at all.
- No vCard 4.0 writing. 4.0 (and 2.1) files are read with the version shown, but output is always 3.0.
- No address-book sync, imports, or lookups: text in, text out, no network.
