SVG icon sprite generator

The sprite hides itself with width and height 0, so drop it once near the top of the body. Inline use snippets work when the sprite markup is on the same page; the external form loads icons.svg and needs an HTTP page, not a file:// one. Icons rendered from a sprite ignore title tooltips, so an icon-only button still needs its own accessible name.
