Fill the credentials and press send. The access token comes from gcloud auth print-access-token or your own OAuth flow; it is short-lived by design and this page never stores it.

This page is a transport, not a dashboard: it tells you what Google answered per token and nothing about the device beyond that. It cannot show the notification, confirm display on a locked screen, or read delivery receipts; FCM publishes none to a browser. Wrong-scope or expired OAuth tokens fail with THIRD_PARTY_AUTH_ERROR, tokens from another project fail with SENDER_ID_MISMATCH, and UNREGISTERED means the token is dead and should be retired.

Send

Fields are required in this order: project, OAuth token, at least one device token, and a title or a body. The send runs only when you press the button.

Up to 100 tokens per send, 4,096 characters each, one sequential POST per token, 1,000 characters for the title or body.

What leaves your browser

Your project ID, OAuth token, and each device token travel in the POST your browser makes to fcm.googleapis.com. Google sees the request; nothing passes through this site's servers. This page leaves your browser only when you press the button; never on load, never in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Google Analytics still measures the visit to this page, and it never receives what you run through this tool.
