Matrix

0 characters

Paste a skills matrix and press Analyze matrix.

This is advisory arithmetic over the numbers as pasted, not a verdict on people. Coverage is the share of assessed ratings that meet the skill's target, empty cells stay out of every figure, and a single point of failure means exactly one person at or above target, which is one sick week away from no cover. The tool does not score individuals, rank them against each other, or store anything: names move only through this tab, and nothing is uploaded. Rate skills the same way across the team, or the comparisons read more precision than the data holds.

Matrix setup

DelimiterDetect reads the header line
Used by skills with no target row value

Layout: first row is the header (first cell the name column, the rest skills), a row whose first cell reads "target" sets levels per skill, and every other row is one person. Ratings are plain numbers; an empty cell counts as not assessed. Caps: 200,000 characters, 500 people, 60 skills, ratings within ±1,000,000.

Runs on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
