SaaS unit economics calculator

Enter spend, customers, ARPA, margin, and churn to get CAC, margin-adjusted LTV, the LTV to CAC ratio, payback months, and a sensitivity table.

Report a problem

Enter spend, customers, ARPA, margin, and churn to price a customer.

Churn here is monthly revenue churn, so lifetime is 100 divided by it; logo churn, expansion revenue, and discounting are not modeled. A ratio under 1 loses money on every customer. A ratio of 3 to 1 is convention, not a rule, and a good ratio with a long payback can still starve cash: compare payback months against your runway before celebrating the ratio.

Blank for none; shortens an unrealistically long lifetime

The cap only shortens the churn-implied lifetime, never extends it. Zero churn with no cap has no finite LTV, so the tool asks you for one or the other.

Numbers stay within ±1,000,000,000,000. Spend and customers must be above zero, margin between 0 and 100, churn between 0 and 100.
