Report a problem

Enter the low, expected, and high downtime to price the incident.

This is a budgeting model, not a bill. Lost revenue is revenue per hour times downtime times the affected share times the never-recovered share, because most customers retry; the opposite mistake, pricing subscription churn after the outage, is not modeled, so long-running B2B losses are understated unless you raise the downtime itself. SLA credits only count when you enter the monthly fee, the measurement period uses fixed conventions (month means 30 days, quarter 90, year 365), and the largest tier whose availability threshold the period falls into wins. Availability is plain arithmetic: downtime past a whole period reports under 0 % rather than clamping.

Incident

Currency
100 for a full outage
Customers who retry later are not a loss

Staff effort Loaded cost per hour, the fully billed one

Clean-up, review, customer replies

SLA credits Largest matching tier applies; no fee means no credit

Measurement period
One row per tier: availability below, credit percent

Up to 12 credit tiers; every number stays within ±1,000,000,000,000. Low, expected, high must be ascending: they are one estimate range, not three separate runs.
