Zone diet calculator

Turn body stats into daily and per meal Zone diet blocks of protein, carbs, and fat with gram amounts and a printable meal split.

Report a problem

Enter weight and body fat to get your blocks.

One protein block is 7 g, one carbohydrate block is 9 g, and one fat block is 1.5 g (3 g on the vegetarian switch). Daily protein comes from lean body mass times the activity factor, rounded to the nearest block, and the same block count carries carbs and fat, as the Zone Diet prescribes. This is a diet-planning tool, not medical advice: it does not handle pregnancy, medical conditions, or calorie targets for weight change, and a real plan deserves a dietitian's eyes.

1 to 8; snacks count
Plant protein carries extra fat, so a fat block counts 3 g instead of 1.5 g
