Work-From-Home expense tracker

Splits household bills between home and work using space share times worked hours, and shows the arithmetic for every line.

This tool is in beta

Still being tested. If a result looks wrong, tell us.

Report a problem

Name every bill row and give it an amount to apportion it.

This is arithmetic, not tax advice. It ships no tax rules and no built-in flat-rate table, because those are set per country and per year. It does not check your inputs against reality, and it says nothing about side effects a claim can have on capital gains or home insurance. Every line shows its own working so someone else can check it. Nothing is uploaded; all of it is computed in this tab.

Comparison only

Months claimed runs from 1 to 12. The flat rate is optional; it exists only to compare against the worked-out share.

Numbers stay within ±1,000,000,000,000. Rooms and floor area are two ways of saying the same space share; use whichever pair matches how your home is laid out.
