Subscription pricing calculator

Model subscription plans into MRR, ARR and margin with churn compounding, then test a price change against expected customer loss.

This tool is in beta

Still being tested. If a result looks wrong, tell us.

Report a problem

Fill the churn and fee fields to price the plans.

ARR is a run-rate, not a forecast. The margin is what survives payment fees alone; hosting, salaries, and other costs are not inputs here, so treat it as a ceiling on gross margin. The projection compounds churn with no new signups, which is why twelve months of revenue sits below twelve times MRR whenever churn is nonzero. The price test moves subscription prices only, never usage overage. Everything runs in this tab: nothing is uploaded or sent to analytics.

Up to 8 plans, money within ±1,000,000,000,000, percents within 0 to 100. The discount takes money off the subscription price; usage overage is billed on top and never discounted.
