Shoe size converter

Converts shoe sizes across India, UK, US, EU, and Japan with foot length in cm or inches, for men, women, and children, plus fit notes.

This tool is in beta

Report a problem

Enter a size or a foot length to convert it.

Size conversion is chart work, not physics: published tables disagree with each other by around half a size, and individual brands drift further. This tool uses one coherent model (Indian sizes track UK, Japan is foot length in centimetres, US and EU convert by fixed offsets) and shows the foot length behind every answer so you can sanity check it. It cannot know how a particular brand's last is cut; when a fit matters, try the shoe on.

Your size

ScaleJunior and youth are the children's scales; they use child foot charts
You are enteringA size from a label, or a measured foot length
Halves are fine, e.g. 7.5

Numbers stay within ±100. Measure the foot heel to longest toe, standing, at the end of the day when it is biggest.
