Storage cleanup planner

Turn entered sizes for seven iCloud data categories into a prioritized cleanup checklist with recoverable estimates and sync warnings.

Report a problem

Enter sizes to build the plan.

This is a planning sheet, not a connection to iCloud: nothing here signs in, reads your account, or deletes anything. Each step's recoverable figure is a fixed share of the size you entered, printed on the step itself, because the real reclaim depends on which files you actually remove. Categories marked as syncing delete across every device on the account once the Recently Deleted window closes, so export anything worth keeping first. The plan is ordered low risk first on purpose: start at the top and stop whenever you feel done.

Unit for all sizes

Sizes stay within ±1,000,000,000,000. You can read your real numbers from Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage, where each category's size is listed.
