DCF calculator

Value a company with a two stage discounted cash flow model and get intrinsic value per share with a sensitivity grid.

This tool is in beta

Still being tested. If a result looks wrong, tell us.

Report a problem

Enter a free cash flow, growth and a discount rate to value the company.

This is one model with your assumptions in it, not an opinion about any company. Most of the value usually sits in the terminal number, so read the grid before the headline: the spread across your own discount rates is the honest answer. The model grows a single free cash flow stream and ignores dilution, buybacks, changing share counts, working capital swings and negative FCF years. Nothing is uploaded; the whole valuation runs in this tab.

Perpetual growth must sit below the discount rate. The share count rides in the same scale as the cash flows, so millions of currency against millions of shares leaves the per-share figure in plain currency.

Stage years stay within 50 each, growth within -95 to 200 percent, the discount rate at or under 200 percent, and exit multiples at or under 100x. Money fields sit within ±1,000,000,000,000,000 scale units.
