Body fat percentage calculator

This is the U.S. Navy circumference method, a logarithmic regression against body density measured in military studies. Run it honestly, it lands within a few percentage points of lab methods like DEXA, but it reads high on very muscular people and can read low on very lean ones, because it sees only the tape, not the tissue. Use the same tape, the same spots, and the same time of day to track the trend rather than the absolute number. Nothing here diagnoses anything or replaces a clinician.
