XML formatter, validator, extractor

Check well-formedness, format or minify, walk XML to and from JSON with the attribute/text mapping stated up front, view the element tree with attributes and namespaces, and pull values with a small documented path subset, not XPath. A DOCTYPE that declares entities is refused outright; sanitization is a different tool's job.
