Cleaned CSV

This tool tidies shape, not content: it trims parsed cells, drops blank rows and fully-empty columns, and re-quotes per RFC 4180. It does not fix ragged data beyond padding it (padded rows are counted), does not validate values, and refuses a first record that carries several delimiters rather than guessing. Newlines inside quoted cells pass through untouched, and the tool never touches a file on disk; everything runs in this tab.

Cleaning options

DelimiterAuto-detect reads the first record; several delimiters there is a refusal, not a guess
Parsed cells are trimmed, so quoted fields keep their structure
A row where every cell is empty, judged after trimming
Judged across every row, header included
Off keeps LF. Newlines inside quoted cells are never rewritten

Caps for one run: 20,000 data rows or 1,000,000 characters. Everything stays in this tab.
