Each panel shows the simulated pair and the WCAG contrast of the SIMULATED colors: what a viewer with that color vision experiences, not the original ratio. The matrices are the published Machado, Oliveira & Fernandes (2009) linear-RGB approximations at full severity, with Rec. 709 luma for achromatopsia. Simulation is a design review aid and cannot predict any individual's vision. It is not a medical diagnosis or a clinical test.
