Spreaker podcast downloader

Paste a Spreaker episode URL, the tool resolves it through the show's public RSS feed or Spreaker's episode API, and saves the original audio after rights confirmation.

The episode is read from Spreaker's own public episode record, and the saved file is the one the host opened for download, untouched and un-re-encoded. Subscriber-only, hidden, and download-disabled episodes are refused.

What this tool does not do: it does not reach private or subscriber feeds, it does not bypass a host's download switch, and it does not re-encode anything, so a saved file keeps the original quality exactly. One download can pull up to 600 MB into this tab, so multi-hour shows take a moment. Episodes belong to their creators; save only what you own, that carries an open licence, or that you have permission to keep.

The download button stays off until this is checked.

Resolution costs one call to api.spreaker.com with a 12 second cap. Private feeds and links carrying access tokens are refused without being fetched.

What leaves your browser

The browser calls Spreaker's public episode API, and when you press Download it fetches the file from the download address Spreaker itself declares. This page leaves your browser only when you press the button; never on load, never in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Google Analytics still measures the visit to this page, and it never receives what you run through this tool.
