Podcast RSS audio downloader

Paste a podcast feed or episode URL, the tool parses the public RSS XML, lists episodes with their enclosures and licence data, and downloads the publisher's original audio files.

This tool is in beta

Still being tested. If a result looks wrong, tell us.

Report a problem

Paste a feed link, tick the confirmation, then press List episodes.

Episodes are saved exactly as the publisher's feed declares: the original file, nothing re-encoded and no quality options. The enclosure is the publisher pointing at a file meant to be downloaded, and the licence the feed states is shown with the results; a publicly playable episode is not automatically yours to redistribute, so check the licence before sharing. Hosts that refuse browser requests cannot be read here, and that refusal is reported rather than worked around.

Feed link

Required before the feed is read.

Accepted: a public RSS or Atom feed link, or a direct episode audio file link. A link carrying a token, key, or session credential is refused before anything is requested: an authenticated feed is a subscription, not a public download.

What leaves your browser

The feed link goes straight from your browser to the podcast's own host. Each episode file is fetched from the publisher's server only when you press Download or Open. Nothing is stored. This page leaves your browser only when you press the button; never on load, never in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Google Analytics still measures the visit to this page, and it never receives what you run through this tool.

Runs on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
