What this tool offers is exactly what Bandcamp streams publicly to every listener: the mp3-128 preview file. It does not touch paid downloads, full-quality files, or anything behind a purchase, and it will not list tracks the artist has made unstreamable. If you like what you hear, buy the music from the artist; that is the only way to get the real files.

Track and album links on artist.bandcamp.com are read for the tralbum data the page embeds, and each track is offered exactly as Bandcamp publicly streams it.

What leaves your browser

The link you paste goes to this project's proxy server, which reads Bandcamp's public track or album page for you. Each audio file is then downloaded straight from Bandcamp's stream CDN by your browser. Nothing is stored. This page leaves your browser only when you press the button; never on load, never in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Google Analytics still measures the visit to this page, and it never receives what you run through this tool.
