# CSS coverage analyzer

Match pasted CSS selectors against pasted HTML samples to surface probably-unused rules, uncertain state and script-driven selectors, and critical-CSS candidates.

Paste a stylesheet and at least one HTML sample to start.
StylesheetHTML samples

Everything runs in this tab; nothing is uploaded and no URL is fetched. The matcher reads tags, ids, classes, and attributes from your samples, so it cannot see markup built by JavaScript, shadow DOM, or later page states. Media queries and container queries are shown but never evaluated, and utility-class frameworks such as Tailwind will read as mostly unused against raw HTML, which is a property of those stylesheets rather than a finding. Treat the unused list as a candidate list for manual review, not as deletions.
