# Core web vitals budget calculator

Turn LCP, INP, and CLS targets into per-phase budgets for mobile and desktop, then check measured p75 values and phase breakdowns against them with findings.

Adjust the targets or paste measurements to grade them.

The defaults are the published Core Web Vitals assessment thresholds: LCP 2500 ms, INP 200 ms, CLS 0.1, with poor at 4000 ms, 500 ms, and 0.25. Those numbers are the same for mobile and desktop in the assessment, so the segment switch labels the report and the budgets you type; it does not bend the thresholds. This is arithmetic and advice, not measurement: it grades whatever numbers you give it and cannot fetch CrUX data or run a Lighthouse trace. INP replaced FID in the assessment in March 2024, so there is no FID row here.
