Subtitle line breaks

Re-break subtitle cues into balanced lines inside a character limit, with the timeline untouched.

Paste a subtitle file and press Re-break lines.

Timecodes are never modified. A format conversion changes only the milliseconds separator, a comma for SRT and a dot for WebVTT, which the formats themselves require. Two-speaker cues that start with a dash are left alone, and re-broken cue text is re-spaced to single spaces. At most 5,000 cues per pass.
