Timesheet hours calculator

Sum a weekly timesheet with unpaid breaks and overnight shifts, apply employer rounding, and split hours into regular, overtime and double time.

Worked time is end minus start minus the unpaid break, so paid breaks should not be entered. Rounding follows the US DOL neutrality idea (29 CFR 785.48): a fixed increment applied nearest, down, or up, either to each punch or to the day's total. Daily rules fire first, and the weekly overtime threshold then applies only to hours still regular, drawn from the last days worked. The tool adds hours; it does not apply taxes, deductions, local overtime law, or break-law compliance, and it is not payroll advice. Everything computes in this tab; nothing is uploaded.
