Shift schedule planner

Plan a rotating shift rota from presets like 2-2-3 or DuPont, showing coverage, hours per person and rest warnings, with CSV and ICS export.

Enter teams and a start date to lay out the rota.

Rotation math runs on plain UTC calendar days, so it ignores daylight saving: a shift keeps its clock time even on a spring-forward night. Rest is measured in whole off days, one day counting as 24 hours, and the grid cannot see day and night squads inside one team, so an 11-hour rule broken by a squad swap on the same dates is not detected. Calendar files carry the chosen zone as a hint (X-WR-TIMEZONE) with wall-clock times, and most calendar apps import them as local time. Everything computes in this tab; nothing is uploaded.
