Your files stay on your device Email Response-Time calculator Measures reply times per email thread in working hours and reports median, p90 and breaches against your first-response target. Five comma separated fields per line: id, from, received, replied, resolved. Leave the reply blank for a thread still waiting. Times are yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm on the wall clock. Paste your threads, one per line, and every reply time converts to working minutes: lunch, weekends and holidays drop out, and each thread gets a breach flag against your target. This is first-response arithmetic on what you paste, not a mailbox connection: nothing is fetched, and the numbers are only as good as the lines you type. Times are treated as plain wall clock, so daylight-saving shifts inside a counted interval are not modelled, seconds are dropped, and an overnight support window is out of scope. Median and p90 interpolate linearly between order statistics. A zero-minute reply counts as within target.
