The counted percentage is days present plus credited leave, over working days minus excluded leave; absent leave days stay counted as missed. Leave is a whole-record policy here, not a per-period field, and per-period percentages show the raw present-over-working figure before leave is applied. The forecast assumes the remaining days are working days and whole days only: fractional targets do not split a person across a day. This is arithmetic, not an HR system; it does not track anyone by name or send anything anywhere.
