Your files stay on your device Resume job description matcher Compare a resume against a job advert term by term, sorting skills into required, preferred and mentioned, with evidence lines and years of experience. Paste an advert and a resume to compare them term by term. Terms come from a curated skill list with spelling variants, capitalised product and brand names in the advert, and advert phrases that repeat. Severity is read from the advert's own structure: must-have sections mark required terms, nice-to-have sections mark preferred, everything else is mentioned. A match means the words appear, not that the experience depth meets the bar; synonyms beyond spelling variants are not matched, and single-mention lowercase terms in flowing prose can be missed. Years of experience merge overlapping dated roles into one span; the resume's own "N years" claim is reported next to it, not blended in.
