# Resume ATS score checker

Score how an ATS parser would read a resume against fourteen fixed rules, list every deduction, and add keyword coverage when a job description is given.

Paste resume text or pick a file to score it.

The score is a fixed-points rubric over fourteen rules, not a model and not a prediction of interview chances; no vendor publishes its parser, so this reads your resume the way keyword-first parsers typically do. Layout rules that need the original file (header and footer contact, single-column layout, table detection) are marked not checked and the score rescales over the rest rather than gifting those points. Unknown headings are notes, never penalties.
