Your files stay on your device Keyword density checker Counts one, two, and three-word phrases in pasted text or HTML and checks where a target keyword appears, with a CSV download. Paste text or HTML to count its phrases. Density here is occurrences over total words; share of words is occurrences times phrase length, shown beside it because tools disagree on the definition. HTML mode uses a bounded tag scan, not a full DOM parse, so malformed markup can miss the title, meta description, headings, or alt text. The flag line is a rule of thumb, not a published search engine figure. There is no URL mode: the source tool fetches pages through its own server, and this one only reads what you paste.
