Your files stay on your device Glossary builder Extracts candidate terms from a document by frequency and capitalization, lets you curate them, and exports CSV, TBX-style XML, or a printable page. Paste a document to extract candidate terms. Extraction is heuristic and English-tuned: capitalized phrases need every word capitalized mid-sentence, acronyms are two to six capitals, and a word at the start of a sentence carries no capitalization signal, so sentence-initial names can be missed. Multi-word phrases outrank their single words, which are dropped as subsumed. The TBX file is TBX-style, not schema-validated TBX; the CSV imports back here with definitions and forbidden variants intact. No translation happens here: the target term is whatever you type.
