# PDF Page Reorderer: Drag Pages Into a New Order

Drag pages into a new order on a preview grid. Every page ships exactly once, and the rebuild is reopened by pdf.js and verified before download.

- Encrypted PDFs are refused outright. Pdf-lib would write broken output through an encrypted load.
- Drag reorder needs the preview grid, which stops at 60 pages: longer documents use the extract tool's order-keeping spec instead.
- Reorder rebuilds page order only, outlines, form fields, and attachments do not travel into rewritten files (the rewrite notes say so on every run).
- Nothing is uploaded. Previews render only when you click, in a worker in your tab.
