Your files stay on your device PDF metadata editor Shows a PDF's document info and lets you edit its title, author, subject, keywords, and creator before download. Pick a PDF to read its document info, then edit and save. The document info dictionary is the pair of lines most PDF readers show under properties, and rewriting it is safe: page content never moves. It is not a forensic cleaning. An XMP metadata stream, when the file carries one, keeps its own copy of the old title and author, and earlier incremental-save revisions can survive inside the file, so someone determined can still recover past metadata. Producer and both dates stay read only so the info dictionary and any XMP do not drift apart. Everything runs in this tab; the document never leaves your device.
