PDF Merger: Combine PDFs in Order, Verified

Concatenate whole PDFs in the order you pick. The merged file is reopened by pdf.js and verified before download, and form fields, bookmarks, and attachments are disclosed as not carried.

- Encrypted PDFs are refused outright: decrypt first.
- AcroForm form fields, outlines (bookmarks), and embedded attachments are not carried, only page content travels, and the result panel says so every run.
- No page reordering inside the merge. Pages keep their document order; the file list is the merge order. Page surgery lives on the PDF page tools.
- Nothing is uploaded: pdf-lib runs in a worker in your tab.
