Your files stay on your device PDF font inspector List every font a PDF uses with embedding status, subset flag, type, encoding, ToUnicode presence, and per page usage, and flag fonts that print or extract badly. Loading… The report reads what the file stores: every font resource on the scanned pages, including fonts that live inside Form XObjects, with embedding status, subset prefix, font type, encoding, and ToUnicode presence. Per page usage counts text-showing operators, so fonts listed in resources but never drawn are visible as dormant. Encrypted PDFs still list their fonts because font dictionaries are not encrypted, but their content cannot be scanned here, so usage counts stay empty. Two blind spots: annotation appearance streams and pattern color fonts are not walked, and a ToUnicode map that exists is never checked for correctness. Nothing is uploaded.
