# PDF Page Extractor: Keep Selected Pages

Pull selected pages out of a PDF as a new document. The listed order is kept, and every output is reopened by pdf.js and verified before download.

- Encrypted PDFs are refused outright. Pdf-lib would write broken output through an encrypted load.
- No text editing and no whole-file merging: merging whole PDFs lives on the PDF merge tool; deleting, rotating, and reordering pages have their own pages.
- Nothing is uploaded, pdf-lib and pdf.js run in a worker in your tab.
