Emergency contact card maker

Builds a printable wallet-sized emergency card with contacts, medical details, and insurance, and exports the contacts as a vCard.
Put your name or one emergency contact on the card and it builds itself as you type.

This card is a convenience, not a medical alert bracelet and not a medical record: paramedics treat what they find in a wallet as a hint, and a printed card can be read by anyone who finds it, so carry only facts you accept a stranger seeing. The vCard uses the same facts as the card, with each emergency number written as a proper tel URI and the medical details in the notes. Everything runs in this tab; nothing is uploaded, and nothing is stored once you close it.
