Notification Test: Permission and Delivery

Request on your click, then send one fixed test notification, with the three-state answer reported verbatim.

- Notification.requestPermission() is called only when you press Request. The browser may still decline to prompt; the state after the call is reported verbatim.
- granted, denied, or default (the triple-state the API defines); plus “unsupported” where Notification is absent (iOS Safari ≤ 16.3).
- The test notification shows a fixed title and body, no data payload, no actions, no silent push; it exists to prove the pipe, nothing else. Notifications you close are gone; this page keeps no history.
